Taxes update - v20160607

We uploaded today v20160607 of taxes. This version added the VAT rate of 14% in Ecuador that took effect on the 1st of June.

Please make sure you have at least version 1.8.3 of VAT Calculator, so that the new version of taxes becomes active.

Version 1.8.3 - Updated Greece and Aegean Islands

Version 1.8.3 of VAT Calculator is now live. This new version updates the VAT rates in Greece and in the Greek Aegean Islands that are changing starting tomorrow, 1st of June.

Because the Aegean Islands have different rates depending on the island, we have divided them into two groups, the reduced rate and the normal rate islands.

Starting tomorrow the VAT rates in Greece and Aegean Islands are:

• Greece - 6%, 13% and 24%
• Aegean Islands (Reduced rate islands) - 4%, 9% and 17%
• Aegean Islands (Normal rate islands) - 6%, 13% and 24%

Version 1.8.2 - Windows 10 version update

Version 1.8.1 released yesterday had a minor bug in the language of the Windows 10 version. This bug affected the non English versions, because no matter your selection, it always defaulted to English. This release addresses this issue, so please update.

Version 1.8.1 - Added Brazil, Ghana, Niger and Trinidad and Tobago

Version 1.8.1 of VAT Calculator is now live. In this new version we added four new countries, with the help of our users.

The new supported countries have the following rates:

• Brazil - 7%, 12%, 17%, 18% and 19%
• Ghana - 15% and 17.5%
• Niger - 19%
• Trinidad and Tobago - 12.5%

Version 1.8.0 - Added China, Pakistan and South Korea

Today we released version 1.8.0 of VAT Calculator. In this version we added China, Pakistan and South Korea. We also updated India taxes, adding the 2% tax.

• China - 3%, 5%, 6%, 11%, 13% and 17%
• Pakistan - 17%
• South Korea - 10%

Version 1.7.8 - Improvements in PRO Version

We just released in the Play Store an update to the Pro Version of VAT Calculator. In this update we improved the license checking because it was slow on some situations. Many thanks for reporting it.

Version 1.7.7 - Added Guatemala and updated taxes in Greece - Aegean Islands

Version 1.7.7 of VAT Calculator is now live. It adds Guatemala to the supported list of countries (thanks to the user that suggested it). It also updates the rates of Greece - Aegean Islands.
