Version 1.8.4 - Added Fiji

Today we released version 1.8.4 of VAT Calculator. In this new version we added Fiji as requested by one of our users. Fiji has now a VAT rate of 9%.

We also added support for multi-window mode of Android 7.0 Nougat.
